Preview, publish, and discard website changes

Review draft changes, publish an exact summary, or restore the last published website version.

Website editing is draft-based. Visitors continue to see the last published version until you publish the draft.

Preview a draft

  1. Select a page in Website.
  2. Edit blocks and text.
  3. Switch to Preview to see the visitor-facing page without editor controls.
  4. Check desktop-sized content, links, live menu data, and any connected widgets.

Publish changes

  1. Select Publish in the dashboard header.
  2. Review the confirmation summary.
  3. Check pages added, removed, or edited and the block-level changes.
  4. Confirm Publish.

The live website changes only after confirmation. If there are no changes, the publish action remains disabled.

Discard unpublished changes

When a live version exists and the draft contains unwanted edits, choose Discard changes and confirm. Menuella restores the last published pages and blocks; the live website is not changed by editing a draft.
