Gift Card Balance

Check individual gift card balances, view transaction history, and make manual adjustments when needed.

Viewing Balance

For each gift card you can see:

• Balance — Remaining value available to spend
• Recipient — Who received it (if provided at purchase)
• Transactions — Purchases, redemptions, manual adjustments

Active Balance (All Cards)

Active balance is the total remaining value on all gift cards — it's a liability (guests have paid but not yet used it). Check it regularly for accounting and financial reporting.

Manual Adjustments

You can adjust a card's balance manually (e.g. to correct an error or resolve a dispute). Use sparingly and document the reason for your records.
