At Menuella, we develop software that supports restaurants in their daily work and helps them grow online. A central part of this mission is our commitment to inclusive digital products that everyone can use — guests placing orders, teams managing their operations, and everyone in between.

Our commitment

We are committed to providing digital platforms that are accessible to the widest possible audience and actively work to improve the usability of our products. To promote accessibility, we take a range of measures, including:

• Reviewing our websites and apps for technical compliance, including with the help of external specialists.
• Conducting user testing that includes people with disabilities.
• Maintaining an accessibility roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Promoting good accessibility practices across our product and engineering teams.
• Providing training for our team and consulting specialists to support our commitment.

Accessibility level

We strive to make our digital products accessible to everyone. To further improve the experience, we are actively working on the following areas:

• Ensuring that every screen can be operated using the keyboard alone.
• Providing text descriptions for images to make them easier to understand.
• Improving colour contrast for better readability.
• Structuring heading elements for logical navigation.
• Optimising text and layout so they remain clear and usable when zoomed in.

Compliance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Menuella is currently partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.
