Gift Cards
Review gift-card sales, redemptions, balances, and transactions in Menuella.
Gift Cards let guests purchase a balance and use it as payment when ordering. The Sales → Gift Cards workspace gives the team an overview of issued value, recent sales, redemptions, active balance, and individual card activity.

What the dashboard shows
- Sales — Total issued value, with a recent seven-day comparison
- Redemptions — Value redeemed during the last seven days
- Active balance — Value that has been issued but not yet spent
- Cards — Number of gift cards in the workspace
Review an individual card
Select a card to see its gift-card code, original amount, current balance, status, recipient information, and creation date. Select View transactions to expand purchases, redemptions, and manual adjustments. Select Hide transactions to collapse the history.
Gift-card sales are processed through supported online payment methods. Cash is not accepted for gift-card purchases.
