Delivery Heatmap
Explore delivery demand, guest value, and distance patterns on a map.
Open Reports → Delivery Heatmap to explore where delivery orders come from and how distance relates to demand and guest value.
Map layers
The heatmap can show different views, including:
- Orders — Delivery-order concentration
- Customer value — Geographic patterns in guest value
- Distance — Delivery-distance distribution
Use the date range controls to focus the analysis on a specific period. The map includes delivery counts and distance ranges, and may surface orders outside the configured delivery zone.
Use the report for
- Reviewing delivery coverage
- Finding areas with strong or weak demand
- Comparing delivery distance with order value
- Identifying orders outside current delivery zones
The heatmap is an analysis tool. Change delivery areas and fees in Store → Delivery Zones.
