Link Page
Build and manage the restaurant's public link page with ordering, menu, offers, reviews, map, call, and external links.
The Link Page is a public page for your restaurant. It gives guests one place to find important destinations such as your menu, ordering experience, offers, reviews, map, phone number, social profiles, and other links.
Where to find it: Discovery → Link Page
The page includes a live preview so you can check how the public page will look while managing links. Link Page content is managed across Links and Analytics tabs.
Link Page sections
Configure the automatic sections shown on the Link Page from Discovery → Social Profiles. The available sections are:
- Menu
- Order
- Offers
- Reviews
- Map
- Call
The Social Profiles page also manages the restaurant’s social handles and the Google and Apple Maps place IDs used by the public page. Reviews require a Google Place ID before the Reviews section can be enabled. Select Save to apply the handles, place IDs, and section visibility together.
Add an external link
- Open Discovery → Link Page and select the Links tab.
- Select Add link.
- Enter a title for the link.
- Enter the destination URL.
- Optionally add a platform key for the link’s platform label or icon.
- Choose whether the link is hidden.
- Select Create link or Update link.
Each link can be edited or deleted. You can also reorder links, search the list, and show hidden links when managing the page.
Link management
The Links tab shows the link title, destination, platform label when configured, visibility, order, click count, and creation date. Search links, show hidden links, edit or delete a link, and reorder links when needed. Use the preview beside the list to verify the public experience.
Analytics
Open the Analytics tab and choose a date range to review link performance. The page includes total links, total clicks, active links, visits, click trends, and top-performing links where data is available.
Where to share the Link Page
Use the public URL in your website, social profiles, Google Business Profile, email signature, QR codes, packaging, and printed materials.
