Stripe
Set up and manage Stripe for online card and wallet payments in Menuella.
Open Payments in the dashboard and choose Stripe. The Stripe page is available to the restaurant owner; managers are redirected away from payment administration.
Set up Stripe
- Open the Stripe payment method.
- Select Continue onboarding or Open Stripe setup.
- Complete the embedded Stripe onboarding flow.
- Provide the business and payout information requested by Stripe.
- Return to Menuella and confirm that Stripe shows Active.
Stripe onboarding and account verification are handled through Stripe's secure flow. Menuella does not ask you to enter full card details in the dashboard.
Manage an active account
When Stripe is active, choose Account management to open the embedded Stripe management session.
To change the payout bank account, choose Change bank account from the Stripe page and complete Stripe's verification process.
If Stripe is pending
Choose Continue onboarding and complete any remaining Stripe requirements. Stripe must be active before guests can use its online payment methods.
