Set Up Product Rewards
Set the points cost for menu products that guests can redeem through Menuella Loyalty.
There is no separate Loyalty settings page in the dashboard. Product rewards are configured from the product editor.
Set a points cost
- Open Menu → Products.
- Find the product you want guests to redeem.
- In the product row, open the points control, or open the product editor.
- Enter the Points cost — the whole-number balance required to redeem one unit.
- Select Save.
The product becomes eligible for points redemption when it has a points cost. Leave the value empty to remove the product from points redemption. Repeat these steps for each product you want to include in the loyalty program.
Choose sensible reward values
- Use lower values for affordable, high-frequency items such as coffee or drinks.
- Use higher values for premium items with a larger margin impact.
- Make sure guests can reach the reward within a reasonable number of visits.
- Review redemption behavior in the guest and reporting areas after launch.
