Modifiers

Create modifier groups and assign them to products so customers can customize their orders.

Modifiers represent choices made during ordering: size, spice level, sauce, topping, side, or other product options. A modifier group can be required or optional and can contain one or more choices.

Modifier workflow

1. Open Menu → Modifiers.
2. Create a modifier group, such as Size or Extras.
3. Add modifier options with names and prices.
4. Set whether guests must choose an option and whether multiple options are allowed.
5. Assign the group to the products that use it.
6. Preview an order to confirm that the choices and prices are clear.

When a group is assigned to a product, guests see it while choosing that product in the ordering flow. Required settings and selection limits control what guests must choose, and paid options update the order total. Changing a group or option can affect every assigned product, so check those products after editing.
