Available on every operating surface
Order Settings is shared across the Dashboard, Menuella Mobile App for iOS and Android, and Menuella Terminal. The labels and navigation can differ by platform, but the restaurant rules are shared.
- Use the Dashboard or Mobile App for complete configuration.
- Use Menuella Terminal for service-time controls such as pausing orders and enabling or disabling delivery or takeaway.
What Order Settings Control

| Preparation Time | How long customers wait before pickup or delivery |
| Advance Ordering | When customers can schedule future orders and cutoff before closing |
| Order Capacity | How many orders you can handle at once (or no limit) |
How They Work Together
- Order Types — Turn on pickup and/or delivery. Use "Pause all orders" when you're closed or too busy.
- Preparation Time — Set realistic wait times so customers know when to expect their order.
- Advance Ordering — Control how far in advance customers can book, and when to stop taking orders before closing.
- Order Capacity — Cap simultaneous orders during busy periods, or leave unlimited.
