Start by confirming the active restaurant and store context, checking the relevant status message, and retrying the smallest safe action. If the issue affects live orders, use Menuella Terminal or the dashboard order view to confirm whether the order reached Menuella before trying again.

Do not create a duplicate order while investigating a delayed order. Check Orders, the guest confirmation, and the payment status first. Contact Menuella Support with the restaurant, store, order reference, and time of the incident when escalation is needed.
