Analytics helps you interpret restaurant performance through visual views and operational trends. Use it alongside Reports when you need to understand what changed and then inspect the underlying records.

What Analytics is for
Analytics is useful for questions such as:
- Which delivery areas generate the most activity?
- Where are orders concentrated geographically?
- How does performance change across periods or operating areas?
The exact views available depend on the restaurant’s data and enabled features. Analytics is read-only; use Menu, Store, Orders, and Payments to change the underlying operation.
Delivery heatmap
The delivery heatmap visualizes delivery activity by area. Use it to identify demand patterns, compare delivery zones, and review whether your service area matches where guests order.

Use Analytics for visual patterns and Reports for structured lists, financial documents, product performance, customer analysis, and downloadable records. Always confirm the selected restaurant, store, and reporting period before comparing results.
