How to Activate a Coupon
- Go to Sales → Coupons
- Find the inactive coupon and select Edit
- Turn Active on and save the change
The coupon works again (if still within validity dates).
How to Edit a Coupon
- Go to Sales → Coupons
- Select Edit on the coupon you want to change.
- Update the discount, dates, minimum order, visibility, or redemption limits.
- Select Update.
The coupon code is part of the coupon identity. Create a new coupon when you need a different code.
Viewing Usage
For each coupon you can see:
- Redemptions — How many times it has been used
- Per guest — The configured maximum uses per guest
- Validity — Whether it is within the start/end dates
Deactivating is reversible — turn it back on anytime. Per guest: 1 is ideal for welcome or first-order offers. Coupons with an end date automatically become unusable after that date.
Deactivate coupons when campaigns end — keeps your list clean. Use different codes for different channels (e.g. INSTA10, EMAIL10) to track which works best. Check redemptions to see which coupons perform well.
