Discounts
Create automatic restaurant discounts from product, cart, and guest promotion templates.
Discounts apply automatically when their conditions are met. Guests do not need to enter a code.

Choose a discount template
The Discounts page has a searchable template library and category tabs:
- All
- Product
- Cart
Select a template to open the creation dialog. The available fields depend on the selected rule. After saving, the discount appears in My Discounts, where you can edit or delete it.
Discount types by category

Product Discounts
Apply to products in the cart:
- Buy One Get One — Conditions configured in template
- Buy One Get One (50% Off) — When guest buys one, second identical item gets 50% off
- Buy 3 Pay 2 — Buy 3 items, pay for 2
- Product Fixed Discount — Fixed amount off selected products
- Product Percentage Discount — Percentage off selected products
Cart Discounts
Apply to the cart when a minimum order total is reached:
- Cart – Fixed Amount from Minimum Value — e.g. €5 off from €50
- Cart Free Item Threshold — Free items when cart reaches minimum
- Cart – % Discount from Minimum Value — e.g. 10% off from €40
Note: Menuella prevents conflicting active cart rules of the same type. If a cart rule already exists, deactivate or remove it before creating another one of that type.
