Categories

Create and manage menu categories that organize your products.

Categories are the top-level groups guests browse in the digital menu. Create them before products so every product has a clear place in the ordering experience.

Category workflow

1. Open Menu → Categories.
2. Select Add category.
3. Add the category name, description, and image where available.
4. Set its visibility and order.
5. Save the category, then add products to it.

You can edit a category later to change its name, description, image, visibility, or position. Hiding a category removes it from the guest menu without deleting its products. For a temporary closure, use Menu Availability instead.
