• Month-end closing — Match gift card sales and redemptions to your financial reports
• Record-keeping — Keep a copy with your monthly records
• Reconciliation — Verify active balance against your records

Gift card data appears in your Financial Report and Order List. Use the gift cards dashboard for a quick overview; download detailed reports from Reports → Financial for accounting.
