Where to find it: Sales → Coupons
How to Create
- Go to Sales → Coupons
- Click Add coupon or Create coupon
- In the create coupon dialog, fill in:
Basic Info

| Code | The code guests enter (e.g. WELCOME10) — keep it short and memorable |
| Name | A label for your reference (e.g. "Welcome 10% Off") |
| Description | What guests see (e.g. "10% off your first order") |
Discount (Create Discount Dialog)
When you set the discount, a create discount dialog opens. Configure:

| Discount type | Percentage (e.g. 10% off) or Fixed amount (e.g. €5 off) |
| Scope | Cart — applies to the whole cart, or Product — applies to selected products |
| Amount | The percentage or fixed value |
Usage Limits

| Per guest | Max times each guest can use this coupon (e.g. 1 = first order only) |
| Total redemptions | (If available) Max total uses across all guests — leave empty for unlimited |
| Minimum order | (If available) Cart must reach this value to use the coupon — protects margin |
Validity

| Start date | When the coupon becomes valid (0 = immediately) |
| End date | When the coupon expires (e.g. 19/12/2025) |
- Save and activate
Example: Welcome 10% Off
- Code:
WELCOME10 - Name: Welcome 10% Off
- Description: 10% off your first order
- Discount: 10% off, Scope: Cart
- Per guest: 1
- Validity: Until 19/12/2025
Use clear codes — WELCOME10 is easier than WLC10X. Set per guest: 1 for welcome or first-order coupons. Set an end date for campaign coupons — avoids indefinite use. Set a minimum order (if available) to protect margin.
