Review performance and filters
Read review totals, rating performance, reply rate, recent activity, and the review list filters.
The top of Reviews gives you a quick view of guest feedback for the selected store.
Read the overview
- Total reviews — The number of reviews returned for the connected store.
- Average rating — The average star rating in the loaded review set.
- Needs reply — Reviews without a published reply.
- Reply rate — The share of loaded reviews with an approved reply.
- Rating breakdown — The count of reviews at each star level.
- Last six months — A compact view of review volume by month.
Filter the review list
Choose one of the list filters:
- All — Show every loaded review.
- Needs reply — Show reviews that do not have a reply.
- Replied — Show reviews with a reply, including replies that need to be edited and sent again.
The metrics are scoped to the selected store and the reviews returned by the connected Google workflow. Confirm the merchant and store context before interpreting an empty list or a change in totals.
