How It Works

• Guest's cart total reaches the minimum (e.g. €30)
• They receive a free item (or free item choice)
• Applies automatically when cart meets the minimum — no code needed

How to Set Up

1. Go to Sales → Discounts
2. Click Add discount or Create discount
3. Select Cart Free Item Threshold
4. Set the minimum order value (e.g. €30)
5. Configure which free item(s) to offer
6. Set validity dates if needed
7. Save and activate

Important

Only one discount of this rule type can be active at a time. If you already have a Cart Free Item Threshold discount, disable it before creating another one of the same type. Other cart rule types are separate.
