Appearance

Use Brand and Customer Experience → Appearance to manage the restaurant's visual brand across the customer-facing Menuella experience.

Appearance is managed at the active merchant level. Confirm the restaurant in the top-right merchant context before changing the brand.

Brand images

The Appearance page supports:

• Logo — Upload the restaurant logo shown in the brand preview.
• Cover — Upload the wide cover image used at the top of the customer-facing brand presentation.

Accepted formats are PNG, JPEG, and WebP. Each image must be no larger than 5 MB. Uploads are saved immediately and show a success message when complete.

Font pairing

Choose a heading and body font pairing from the available curated options. The page shows a sample heading and body text in the selected fonts so you can compare the combination before saving.

Brand colors

Set two colors:

• Primary — The main action color, such as the Order button.
• Accent — A secondary brand color used for supporting highlights and controls.

Menuella checks the contrast of each color against readable text. Save is disabled when either color fails the accessibility contrast check. The page also warns when the primary and accent colors are too similar to distinguish clearly.

Corner style

Choose the shape used by customer-facing controls:

• Square — No corner radius
• Rounded — Medium rounded corners
• Pill — Fully rounded controls

Preview and save

The right-hand Preview updates with the selected logo, cover image, fonts, colors, and corner style. Previewed content includes the restaurant name, a sample tagline, Order action, and Menu action.

Uploads are handled separately. After changing colors, fonts, or corner style:

1. Review the live preview.
2. Resolve any contrast warning.
3. Select Save changes.
