Menuella Live keeps the dashboard, Menuella Mobile, and in-store terminals informed about changes as they happen. It is the real-time layer behind live order arrivals, menu availability, device presence, and cross-device acknowledgements.

What Menuella Live shows

  • Realtime status — Whether the active store is connected, reconnecting, offline, or paused
  • Live activity — New orders, order status changes, menu changes, availability changes, paused or resumed ordering, and device events
  • Devices online — Signed-in terminals, phones, and other supported devices with their current presence and last-seen time
  • Events per minute — A short-window view of activity flowing through the store

Menuella Live is store-specific. Select the restaurant and store you want to monitor before interpreting the activity stream or device list.

How changes move through the platform

When a supported user changes availability, order settings, or an order status, Menuella Live distributes that event to the other signed-in surfaces for the same store. For example, marking a product unavailable on Mobile can update the dashboard, Terminal, and guest ordering experience without waiting for a manual refresh.

The exact controls still depend on the surface and the user’s permissions. Menuella Live synchronizes the result; it does not replace the workflow that made the change.

When the status is not connected

  1. Confirm that an active restaurant and store are selected.
  2. Check the network connection on the dashboard, Mobile app, or Terminal.
  3. Use Reconnect Menuella Live when the control is available.
  4. Confirm that the affected app or Terminal is signed in to the intended store.
  5. Check the last-seen time in the device panel.

Orders and availability changes should be verified in the relevant operational screen after a reconnect. Do not assume that a change was received by every surface while Menuella Live is offline.
