What to do when Menuella Terminal cannot connect or show live orders.
Quick fixes
- Check the network — Terminal needs an internet connection.
- Open Network diagnostics — In Terminal, open Help → Network diagnostics and check the WebSocket state.
- Reconnect Wi‑Fi — Open Wi‑Fi settings from Terminal, reconnect, and choose Try again.
- Restart Terminal — Reopen the app after the connection is restored.
If it still will not connect
- Authenticate Terminal again — Restart Terminal and follow the QR-code or user-code sign-in flow. See Terminal Authentication.
- Check the Terminal connection — Open Help → Network diagnostics and check the WebSocket state and API latency.
- Check the active store — Terminal must be operating in the same location selected in the dashboard merchant context.
- Try another network — A mobile hotspot can help identify an unstable Wi‑Fi connection.
