Create and manage menu products that customers order.
Products are the items guests can add to an order. A product should have a clear name, price, category, description, image, and any required allergen or dietary information before you make it available to guests.
Products can also have a Points cost. When a product has a points cost, eligible guests can redeem it with loyalty points through the guest ordering experience.
Product workflow
- Open Menu → Products.
- Select Add product or Add quick item.
- Add the product name, price, category, description, and image.
- Add allergen and dietary information.
- Set an optional Points cost for loyalty redemption.
- Assign modifiers such as sizes, extras, or sauces.
- Save and check the customer-facing result.
Edit a product when its permanent content changes. Use Menu Availability when the product is temporarily sold out so the product structure, reporting history, and future availability remain intact.
