How Guests Use Points

Guests earn points through eligible orders and see their balance in the guest experience. When a product has a Points cost, the guest can use points to redeem it at checkout.

Guest journey

1. The guest orders and earns points according to Menuella’s loyalty rules.
2. The points balance is attached to the guest’s account.
3. The guest chooses an eligible product.
4. The guest redeems the required points at checkout.

What the team can check

Open Guests to review the guest’s points balance and lifetime points. Open Menu → Products to confirm or change the points cost for a reward item.

Loyalty rewards are separate from discounts and coupons. A discount changes the order price; points redemption uses the guest’s accumulated loyalty balance.
