Manage the reservation agenda
Search and filter bookings across upcoming dates, today, or the complete reservation history.
The Reservations view is the agenda for bookings across dates. Use it when the live Service board is not enough—for example, when checking tomorrow’s covers or finding an older booking.
Find a booking
- Open Reservations.
- Choose the Reservations workspace mode.
- Search by the guest’s name.
- Choose a date scope: Upcoming, Today, or All.
- Use the status filter to show active bookings, all statuses, or one status.
- Select a booking to open its details.
Each booking shows its time, guest, party size, table assignment when one exists, store when the account is not limited to one store, and current status.
What the booking record contains
The details panel can show:
- Guest name and contact details
- Date, time, duration, and party size
- Booking reference
- Source of the booking
- Special request
- Member indicator when the guest is connected to a Menuella customer profile
- Assigned table
Use the details panel to update the booking or assign a table.
