Coupons
Create and manage coupon codes with percentage or fixed discounts, dates, usage limits, and storefront visibility.
Coupons are codes guests enter at checkout (for example, WELCOME10). Unlike discounts, coupons require the guest to apply the code.
Where to find it: Sales → Coupons
Find a coupon
Use the All, Active, and Inactive tabs to filter the coupon list. Search by code or name, copy a code, or open a coupon to edit or delete it.
What a coupon has

| Start and end | The active date window; the end date is optional |
| Minimum order | The minimum subtotal required, if configured |
| Redemption limits | Maximum total uses and maximum uses per guest |
| Active | Whether the coupon is enabled |
| Show on storefront | Whether the coupon is advertised on the public ordering experience |
Create a coupon
- Select Create coupon in Sales → Coupons.
- Enter the coupon code and optional name.
- Choose Percentage or Fixed amount and enter the value.
- Set the start date and optional end date.
- Optionally set a minimum order amount and redemption limits.
- Choose whether the coupon is Active and shown on the storefront.
- Select Create.
