Customer Profile and Order History

When you click a customer in your list, a Customer profile panel opens with information about that customer's relationship with your restaurant.

Where to find it: Customers → click any row

What's in the Profile

• Contact details — Name, email, phone (if provided)
• Order count — How many orders they've placed
• Total spent — Lifetime value with your restaurant
• Segment — VIP, Regular, New, or At risk
• Last order date — When they last ordered

Order History

The profile shows a list of past orders:

• Order date and time
• Order total
• Items ordered (summary)

Use this to understand preferences, repeat orders, or to follow up on a specific visit.

Why It Matters

• Personalized service — Recognize returning customers
• Targeted marketing — Reach out to at-risk or VIP customers
• Support — Look up order history when a customer has a question

The profile panel opens as a slide-over sheet — you can keep the customer list visible and quickly switch between profiles. Order history in the profile shows the same data as Reports → Order list, but filtered to that customer. The segment shown is calculated from order frequency and recency — it updates as they order more or less.

When a customer calls with a question, open their profile first — you'll see their last order and can resolve issues faster. Use Total spent and Order count to decide who gets VIP treatment or a thank-you offer. Export or note contact details for at-risk customers so you can reach out outside the dashboard (e.g. by email or phone).
