Connect Menuella to Google Business
Invite Menuella to the restaurant’s Google Business Profile so the dashboard can manage profile content, posts, and connected reviews.
To use Google Business features in Menuella, the restaurant’s Google Business Profile must be shared with the Menuella account for the correct store. This access is configured in Google Business settings, not in the Menuella dashboard.
Before you start
- Make sure you have access to the correct Google Business Profile.
- Confirm the restaurant and store you want to connect in the Menuella merchant context.
- Use the Menuella account identifier 5928727400 when Google asks which account or organisation to invite.
Invite Menuella
- Open Google Business Profile and select the restaurant location.
- Open the location’s Business Profile settings.
- Choose People and access or the access-management option shown for your account.
- Select Add or Add people.
- Enter the Menuella account identifier 5928727400 in the account search field. Do not turn the identifier into an email address.
- Choose Admin as the access level for the normal Menuella connection.
- Select Invite and complete any confirmation shown by Google.
Admin access
Admin gives Menuella the access needed for the supported profile, post, and review workflows.
Admin access is sufficient for the Menuella connection.
Finish the connection
After the invitation is accepted and the profile is available to Menuella:
- Return to the Menuella dashboard.
- Select the same restaurant and store in the top-right merchant context.
- Open Google Business → Profile and confirm that the store is linked.
- If you are adding a Reviews block, return to Website and check the block in the preview.
The connection is store-specific. If the restaurant has multiple locations, repeat the process for each Google Business location that should be managed through Menuella. If the profile still shows Not linked, verify that the invitation was accepted for the correct location and that the selected store matches it.
For profile descriptions, posts, and sync status, see Google Business. For review replies and response settings, see Reviews.
