How does pricing work for businesses?
Menuella is commission-free. Businesses only pay a fixed monthly subscription for full access to the platform. For each guest order, Menuella adds a small 5% service fee on the customer's side. This is significantly lower than the 15–20% that outside delivery apps usually add, which means your guests spend less and you keep more.
Service model or Flat model — which should I choose?
Choose the Service model (€124/month + 5% guest-side service fee) if you are getting started or your monthly online sales are below €5,000. The lower fixed cost keeps your risk minimal while you grow. Choose the Flat model (€249/month, no additional fees) once your monthly online sales reach €5,000 or more — at that volume the flat rate saves money and your guests see a cleaner checkout with no added fee.
How does the location system work?
Each plan covers one business location. Menuella supports merchants with multiple store locations — each location requires its own subscription. For chains or groups with many locations, contact us for a custom volume quote.
Can I try Menuella before signing up?

How long until my restaurant is live?
Fast — typically within 24 hours. Once you send us your menu (PDF, photos, or a link to your existing menu), store details, and payment setup, our team builds and reviews your storefront. You can then review it and go live. We also assign professional food photos from the Menuella stock library to your menu items so your storefront looks great from day one. You can edit everything yourself after launch.
Can I keep using Lieferando, Wolt, or Uber Eats at the same time?
Yes — Menuella works alongside any other platform. Many of our merchants continue using Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats, or similar services while building their direct-order channel. We even provide printed flyers and promotional materials you can use to guide those customers toward your Menuella storefront, where they earn loyalty points and you keep 100% of food revenue. Over time, most businesses shift a growing share of orders to direct.
What payment methods can my guests use?
Guests can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and additional methods depending on your country. Cash on delivery is also available if you enable it. The available methods are shown automatically at checkout based on the guest's location.
When do I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed weekly or monthly depending on your order volume. Funds are transferred directly to the bank account you connect during setup. For the exact payout schedule for your volume level, contact support or ask during your demo.
Can Menuella replace my existing website?
Yes. The Menuella website builder includes custom domain support and full technical SEO — it can fully replace your existing website. You connect your own domain, and the site is built for speed and local search visibility. You can keep your existing domain provider and just point it to Menuella.
Is Menuella available in my country?
Yes — Menuella is available EU-wide. Restaurants across all EU countries can sign up, accept payments in their local currency, and use the full platform. If you have questions about a specific country or region, contact us.
How does the 5% service fee appear to my guests?
On the Service model, the 5% guest-side fee appears as a separate line at checkout labeled with a short explanation: 'Our online provider charges a small fee. This helps cover costs related to your order including 24/7 support.' Guests see this before confirming payment. On the Flat model, guests pay only your menu prices — no service fee is shown.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel, you can request a full export of your data (orders, customers, menu) before your access ends. Menuella retains business data for the legally required period (up to 10 years where applicable under EU law) and then deletes it. Customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR.
