Use the Service workspace
Run today’s reservation service from the floor plan, including arrivals, seating, walk-ins, and the waitlist.
Use Reservations → Service during the shift. The workspace combines the day’s floor plan with the bookings and waiting parties that need attention.
Select the service period
- Open Reservations and stay on Service.
- Use the date controls to move to the previous day, today, or the next day.
- Choose All day, Lunch, or Dinner to focus the board on the relevant service period.
- Use guest search when you need to find a particular booking quickly.
The board shows the floor plan for the selected store. Booked, arrived, seated, and free tables are shown with their current service state.
Run the floor
- Open a booking to review the guest and booking details.
- Select a booking and choose available tables to seat the party.
- Select more than one table when a party needs combined tables.
- Confirm a booking when it has been accepted.
- Mark the guest as arrived when they reach the restaurant.
- Choose Seat after placing the party at a table.
- Choose Complete when the visit is finished.
- Use No-show or Cancel when the booking will not be seated.
Menuella checks table capacity and overlapping bookings. If a table is already occupied for that time, choose another table or review the booking before forcing an assignment.
The Service view is for the live shift. Choose Reservations in the workspace switcher when you need the full upcoming or historical agenda.
