Customers are guests who have interacted with the restaurant through supported Menuella channels. Their records are store-scoped where the dashboard requires a location, while merchant context can provide a broader view for multi-location accounts.
Customer workflow
- Open Customers and confirm the restaurant or store context.
- Search or filter the list to find a guest.
- Open the profile to review contact details, order history, points, gift-card activity, and available segments.
- Use Top customers and At risk views to understand repeat behavior.
- Export data only when needed and handle it according to your privacy obligations.
Customer records are useful for understanding relationships, not for changing orders. Make operational changes in Orders, Menu, Sales, or Store.
