Media Gallery
Learn how to manage images for your menu and brand — Your Gallery and Menuella Stock. Find clear steps for restaurant teams using Menuella.
The Media Gallery is the shared image workspace for your menu and brand. It has two sources: Your Gallery for restaurant-owned uploads and Menuella Stock for curated images supplied by Menuella.
Where to find it: Media Gallery in the main dashboard navigation, or the image picker while editing a product, category, modifier, or Website block.
Choose the right source
- Your Gallery — Upload, search, edit, and reuse the restaurant’s own images. You can add a title, alternative text, and tags when managing an asset.
- Menuella Stock — Search and select curated images without uploading a file. Stock is available where the current editing context supports it.
The Website builder uses the merchant library for storefront imagery. The general Media Gallery may offer both sources, depending on where it is opened.
Common workflow
- Open Media Gallery, or open an image field while editing a menu item or Website block.
- Choose Your Gallery or Menuella Stock.
- Search or browse the available assets.
- Upload an image to Your Gallery when you need a restaurant-owned asset.
- Select the image to apply it to the item or block.
- Open an uploaded asset to update its metadata or remove it when it is no longer needed.
Images are reused from the central gallery; uploading the same file again is usually unnecessary.
