The Jobs section is a hiring workspace for the active restaurant context. Use it to manage job openings and review applications.

Check the Active Context
Before reviewing an application or opening, confirm the restaurant name in the merchant context at the top right of the dashboard. If you manage multiple restaurants, select the relevant restaurant there first.
Applications
The Applications view uses a hiring pipeline with these statuses:
- Received — A new application has arrived
- In Review — The application is being reviewed
- Shortlisted — The applicant has been selected for the next step
- Hired — The applicant was hired
- Rejected — The application was not accepted
Use the status summary to filter applications. Search by applicant name, email address, or position, then open an application to review its details. From the application detail, you can change its status or delete it.
Openings
Switch to Openings in the page header to manage the positions applicants can apply for.
Jobs shown under Store → Jobs belong to the selected restaurant context. A different selection can show a different set of openings and applications.
