Available Order Types
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pickup | Customers can order and pick up from your store |
| Delivery | Customers can order and have food delivered to their location |
| Pause all orders | Temporarily stop accepting orders when you're closed or too busy |
How to Configure
- Go to Store → Order settings
- Open the Order Types section
- Toggle Pickup — On to allow customers to order and collect from your store
- Toggle Delivery — On to allow delivery orders (requires Delivery zones to be set up)
- Toggle Pause all orders — On when you're closed or overwhelmed; customers will see that ordering is paused
You can have both pickup and delivery on — customers choose at checkout. Pause all orders is useful for lunch breaks, staff shortages, or when you're at capacity. Turn Pause off when you're ready to accept orders again — no need to change other settings.
