Order Conversion Rate
The order conversion rate is the share of visits to an ordering page that end in a completed order — the clearest measure of how well your checkout converts.
Why it matters
It does not show how many people find the restaurant. It shows how well the ordering page turns interest into an order. A menu can receive plenty of views and still produce few orders when the route to payment is unclear or slow.
For useful reporting, set one definition: completed orders divided by visits to the ordering page in the same period. That makes changes to the offer or checkout comparable without mixing different measures.
Formula
Order conversion rate = Completed orders ÷ Visits to the ordering page
