Menuella Pages: Creating personalized, mobile-friendly pages to display menus and offers.
QR-Code Orders: Enabling table orders via QR codes.
Payment Processing: Integration with secure payment solutions like PayPal and Stripe.
Menu Exports and Integrations: Export functions for third-party systems and APIs.

3.2 License to Use

Menuella grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these T&C. This license is limited to the duration of your use of the respective subscription plan.

4. Obligations and Responsibilities of Users

4.1 Restrictions on Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful and legal purposes. Specifically, you may not:

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful codes to the platform that could disrupt or compromise its functionality or security;
Upload content that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights);

Menuella does not warrant the availability or error-free functioning of the platform. We strive to make the services available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
